Alert email when credit is low



We would like to know what is your policy when the credit amount is going low? We would like to receive some kind of alert as the CDN could become an important part of our infrastructure. An alert email? A phone call?



Yes, 3 email alerts are sent in total to notify you that you’re low on credits. The complete notification process is described here:


I assume the e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address configured in the account. It would be nice to be able to configure that address, similar to the “invoice e-mail”. This way we could send the alert to an automated mailbox tied into our paging system (PagerDuty).


Indeed, it’s very interesting to have an alert email option that you can link to your paging system such as PagerDuty or VictorOps. We will add this with the next upcoming releases.
